The faculty of law aims to become a base for development of the front-rank educational programs of higher school, higher professional legal education in a country.
An educational process on a faculty is successfully integrated in outer educational space in the Болонского user structure by means of forming of креативной teaching and student environment, creation of modern informatively-resource base, preparation of institution of higher learning textbooks of new generation.
Today new tasks, new horizons of development, stand before a facultyActivity of collective of teachers, scientists, докторантов, магистрантов and students is sent to continuous perfection of educational process, research activity, учебно-методической work, support of creative attitude toward the business.
An educational process on a faculty is sent to student at the centred educating, that consists in the grant of possibility to the students independently to choose a trajectory it to educating and list of the studied educational disciplines necessary to them for their further professional activity.

- Review and prepare the list of required documents for submission to the Admissions Committee. The documents for the interview are submitted in two ways:
- Offline (traditional) format
Visit Admission Committee at Kazhymukan Street, 13A, Astana city, in the order of the electronic queue and provide documents.
- Online format
Register in AIS Platonus, module «Applicant» - «Application for an interview» https://edu.enu.kz/registration.html
The list of required documents for the interview:
1) An application addressed to the Rector OHPE (organizations of higher and postgraduate education);
2) The document on education (original, notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian, if necessary);
3) A copy of the passport (notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian, if necessary).
4) 3x4 photo (electronic format);
5) Medical certificate in the form 075/u with fluorography in electronic format and the original, approved by order № HM of RK 175/2020.
Note:
- For registration, you will need electronic versions (pdf) of the documents listed in subparagraphs 2, 3, 4, and 5.
- When submitted by a proxy, it is necessary to provide a copy of the power of attorney certified by a notary and the original for verification.
- Read the information about the date and time of the online interview. The link will be sent by the representative of the ENU Admissions Committee the day before the interview.
- Learn the Interview Program for foreigners by groups of educational programs on the website of the relevant faculty.
- After successful completion of the online interview, you must study the Rules of Admission to L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National Universityand the terms of the Offer Agreement.
Enrollment is carried out in offline format.
- The application for admission to the OPHE on a contractual basis is carried out in an offline format. Registration through AIS Platonus, conclusion of a contract, payment (tuition fees for foreign citizens, admission 2024).
List of documents for enrollment:
1) An application addressed to the Rector OHPE (organizations of higher and postgraduate education);

6) A certificate confirming the solvency of foreign citizens.

After enrolling in the L.N. Gumilyov ENU, foreign students enrolled on a contractual basis can participate in the competition for the award of the Kultegin scholarship (bachelor's degree - 2 places) and Gumilyov (Master's degree - 2 places). This scholarship provides free tuition, accommodation and a monthly scholarship.
Information about the announcement of the competition will be posted on the university's website.
The competition is held on an annual basis and consists of two stages:
Stage 1 – submission of applications by foreign citizens for a scholarship.
Stage 2 – consideration of applications by members of the Competition Commission.
Requirements for candidates:
1) have the highest academic performance indicators;
2) actively participate in the social and scientific research activities of the University.

Applicants to the Master's program should consult with the admissions committee of the OVPO before applying for participation in the CT for admission to the master's program. The admissions Committee of the OVPO carries out: 1) advising applicants on the issues of the selected group of postgraduate educational programs; 2) familiarization with the procedure of comprehensive testing and (or) the entrance (creative) exam; 3) organization of the entrance exam in Arabic and (or) the creative exam in groups of educational programs. Applications for admission to the master's program of the OVPO are accepted by the admission committees of the OVPO and (or) through the information system of the National Testing Center in the following terms: 1) from June 1 to July 8 of the calendar year; 2) from October 28 to November 10 of the calendar year. The application for participation in the CT is submitted by applicants online through the information system of the National Testing Center: - before applying for the educational grant competition, must not have the status of a "student" in the Unified Platform of Higher Education (EHEA); - go to the app.testcenter website.kz and choose the interface language; - register in the application system by e-mail (it is mandatory to confirm the e-mail in the received letter from the National Testing Center); - log in using the received username and password in the application system (you cannot delete an email containing the username and password); - specify the IIN and click on the "Search" button (Full name is displayed automatically), specify the contact phone number; - go to the "Apply" tab and select "Postgraduate education"; - select the required type of testing; - fill in the registration details; - to review and confirm familiarization with the rules of CT; - select a payment method and make payment for testing. After completing all the stages, a message will be displayed: "The application has been submitted successfully!". The applicant chooses the city of testing independently. If the applicant needs to make changes to the submitted application (change the city of testing, the group of educational programs, the language of testing), they are given the opportunity to make changes to the application before the closure of the database (by July 8, November 10) for accepting applications. To do this, it is necessary: 1) go to the "My history" tab; 2) open the application and click on the "Edit application" button; 3) make changes; 4) after editing, click on the "Save" button. After closing the application acceptance database, the selected group of educational programs is not subject to change. Information about the CT location, date and time of testing will be available in the applicant's personal account in the "My History" section. In case of refusal to participate in the testing before the database is closed, the applicant must delete his application in his personal account. At the same time, the refund is carried out within one year from the end of the test, provided the following documents are provided: 1) an application from the applicant for a refund of the test fee; 2) a receipt for payment for participation in the test; 3) a copy of the identity document; 4) a copy of the payment card; 5) a 20-digit account number with bank details. In the absence of one of these documents, the application is not considered. After the database is closed, the test fee will not be refunded. In case of failure to appear for testing for justified reasons (illness, death of a close relative, the list of which is defined by subparagraph 13) of Article 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage (Matrimony) and Family"), in order to refund funds, the applicant must provide a temporary disability certificate or a medical certificate in the form 025/u or 026/approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" for the state of health, or provide documents confirming the death of a close relative and documents confirming a family connection. If you provide other information, the test fee will not be refunded.
