Scientific achievements of the department:

 

In modern education and science, the role of teaching staff of departments is invaluable. Their scientific achievements and innovative work play an important role in shaping the academic environment and influence the development of technology, education and society as a whole.

Research Projects and Publications

Since November 2020, research on the topic: "Development of a legal mechanism for regulating the work of medical and pharmaceutical workers" as part of the implementation of scientific, scientific and technical projects for grant financing, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been conducted by Doctor of Law, Professor E.N. Nurgalieva.

Since 2023, research on the topic: "Problems of regulation of the legal regime of animals: domestic and foreign experience" as part of the implementation of scientific, scientific and technical projects for grant financing of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been conducted by Doctor of Law, Professor A.A. Mukasheva

Since 10/28/2019, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 195, S.B. Zharkenova has been appointed a member of the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participation in Scientific Conferences and Seminars

The teaching staff actively participates in scientific conferences and seminars, deepening their knowledge and making a significant contribution to the development of legal science.

Over the past year, the department has organized the following events: VII International Scientific and practical Conference "Science and education in the modern world: challenges of the XXI century" (October 20-22, 2022, Astana), International Conference "Problems and prospects of the development of the judicial system in modern Kazakhstan" (October 26, 2023, Astana), International Conference "Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of revitalization of public processes: dialogue and progressive development".. (November 24, 2023, Astana), etc.

The staff of the department took an active part in conducting internal scientific seminars dedicated to discussing topical issues in the field of jurisprudence. We also organized and conducted a number of events aimed at stimulating the scientific activity of students and young researchers in the field of jurisprudence.

Scientific achievements of the faculty of the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law play an important role in the formation of the academic environment, the development of science and education. Their research, participation in scientific events, scientific leadership, innovative projects and awards form the basis for the further development of the department and contribution to the public good.

Achievements of students and undergraduates:

            In the learning process, students carry out research activities: participate in conferences, write scientific papers, participate in the activities of the Student Scientific Society (SSS) of the faculty. Our students invariably become winners and prize-winners of various departmental, interuniversity, national and international scientific competitions and Olympiads.

During the 2021-2022 academic year, the following events were held under the guidance of the Faculty of the department:

1. October 20-22, 2020 VII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science and education in the modern world: challenges of the XXI century" (Astana, "Abuse of rights in civil proceedings" Serikbayev Damir (scientific director Beksultanova R.T.)

- "There is no way out: deadlocks in corporate law", Nurzhanova Altynai (scientific director Beksultanova R.T.)

2. 11/30/2020 in Ust-Kamenogorsk scientific and educational center "Inn & Science Azia" held the Republican competition "Civilist" of scientific works among students of the specialty "Jurisprudence", in which 3rd year students of the Law School Akylzhanova Akbota, Serikpaev Damir, Zhugunis Diyar were awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree.
3. On February 18-19, 2021, in Voronezh, VSU, at the international student conference "Modern trends in the development of civil law and the civil process", a 3rd-year student Nurzhanova Altynai made a report ("There is no way out: outstaffing in Kazakhstan"). Gratitude was awarded to the scientific supervisor, PhD Zharkenova S.B.
4. In the annual competition of research works of students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the results of the 1st round (intra-university) stage (November 2020), 3rd year student of the Faculty of Law Damir Amangeldievich Serikbaev was declared the winner. The topic of scientific research is “Abuse of procedural rights in civil proceedings” under the leadership of Ph.D. Beksultanova R.T.
5. L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University held the XVI International Scientific Conference “ǴYLYM JÁNE BІLIM-2021”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, which took place on April 12, 2021 in a remote format.
6. The Department of Constitutional and Civil Law, together with the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the D.A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy held an International scientific and practical online conference on February 26, 2021 on the topic: “Monitoring labor and other industry legislation : social and legal aspect". Based on the results of the conference, a collection of conference materials was published.

On the same day, within the framework of the Legal Sciences section, the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law of the Law Firm held a subsection meeting on the topic: “Current state, trends and prospects for the development of civil legislation: the view of a novice researcher.”

14 students and undergraduates took part in the work with reports according to the event program.

- 1st degree diploma - Nurzhanova Altynay (Topic: “Business wisely: outstaffing in Kazakhstan”);

- 2nd degree diploma - Moldatai Nurai and Zhabagina Anel (Topic: «Жаһандық пандемияның жағдайындағы нотариус: қазақстандық және шетелдік тәжірибе. Жаңа «цифрлық мәселелер»);

- Diploma of the 3rd degree - Seidembek Tarlan (Topic: Авторлық  құқықты қорғау мәселелері»), Sarsembayeva Aidana, Ergazy Aruzhan and Nuazova Zhuldyzay (Topic: «Қазақстан Республикасының заңнамасы бойынша сенімхатты куәландыру»).

            For active participation in the preparation of students, senior teacher Abildinova R.A. received a letter of gratitude.

7. Tyulegenova Amina Amangeldievna under the guidance of scientific supervisor Ibragimov Zh.I. took second place in the international scientific and practical round table “Conciliatory procedures in the civil process. Problems of theory and practice" (November 17, 2023).
